Terms and Conditions
Any balance due must be paid at least 14 days prior to the event date unless stated otherwise on the booking form.
If for any reason you have to cancel the booking then any deposit paid is strictly Non Refundable. This is because from receipt of the deposit any potential bookings are declined. If you cancel within 7 days of the event then 50% of the full fee will become payable.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your event due to illness or other unforeseen emergency we reserve the right to supply another Sweet Cart Hire Company of similar ability and experience. If this is not possible a full refund of any monies paid will be available to you. This is the extent of our liability.
The client / hirer is ultimately responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by any person at your event. You will be liable for the full cost of repair / replacement.
During your event we may occasionally take photos or video footage. We may use such photos or video footage for promotional purposes only unless otherwise advised by you. We will gladly supply you with any pictures / video footage taken during your event for your own enjoyment.
